Afshar Rug
Size: 2.03m x 1.62m (6'7 x 5'3) £700.00The Afshar is a tribe and the largest group is settled south of Kerman and north of Shiraz. They weave mainly smaller rugs some of which are produced by the nomads and then some in the villages. There are variations in the designs but one the most favoured is a floral central medallion or a vase of flowers top and bottom.
